Project (Manufacturing) Feasibility Study

The Manufacturing Feasibility Study is a structured assessment used to confirm whether a supplier has the technical, organizational, and resource capability to meet all customer requirements for a given product. It is completed before production begins and serves as a formal proof of feasibility at different maturity stages (from pre-nomination to serial production).

Purpose
To ensure that product requirements, quality expectations, and delivery timelines can realistically be satisfied by the supplier, reducing risks of non-conformance and misalignment later in the project.

• Supplier and product identification details (responsible person, location, drawing number, product name, etc.).
